Kusudama is a folding technique that marries centuries-old folding tradition with geometry, repetition, and modern aesthetics. In this style of modular origami, multiples of the same unit are built and pieced together into geometric structures. This workshop allows students to create multiple designs during folding demonstrations, and leave with at least four sample designs and up to two completed forms.
