Must be something in the Bryson family DNA that determines family members will become musicians. Wally was a key member of the Raspberries, the terrific, genre-defining power pop band that came out of Cleveland in the '70s. His son Jesse is no slouch. His band Qwasi Qwa took home top honors at the first-ever Cleveland High School Rock Off. Tonight at 7:30 p.m. at the Masonic Auditorium, they share the bill. Bryson Sr. will perform with the Wally Bryson Group. Bryson Jr. will reunite Qwasi Qwa. Sittin' Ducks, a band that features members of the Choir, will also perform. Proceeds benefit the Cuyahoga County Board of Developmental Disabilities PTCU Foundation. Tickets are $15. (Niesel)
