Your suicide loss experience is more than a story. Learn how to share effectively and safely for both yourself and listeners. This training features Jen Hallden of Ease into Balance, who will help us learn how to prepare our body for sharing and release before and after we tell about our loss. Great training for anyone, from public speakers to those who can’t yet find the words to tell about their suicide loss (no means and methods will be shared.)
