Dog Day Afternoon

This month and next month, the Cleveland Museum of Art pays tribute to the late, great writer-director Sidney Lumet by showing many of his films. At 6:45 p.m. today and Friday, it shows 1975's Dog Day Afternoon, a film about a bank robbery that goes awry, as bank robberies often do. Al Pacino and John Cazale star. Tickets cost $11, $9 for CMA members seniors and students. (Niesel)
