Cycle Canalway is a summer-long event hosted by Canalway, offering maps and guided social rides to get you out on your bike. The event will launch on May 21 at Canal Basin Park with free bike safety checks and guided tours of the northern-most section of the Towpath Trail. Bike safety checks will be completed on a first come, first serve basis from 9 am-12 pm. Hour long bike tours will leave Canal Basin Park at 10 am and 12 pm. Tours are be approximately 3 miles and may include some on-road biking.
