CUSP Presents: Ilgenfritz / Goodheart Duo // Heather Mease

Jame Ilgrenfritz and Matthew Goodheart present a collaborative work for gongs and piano with audio transducers and double bass with Autonomous Mechanical Instrument Array (AMIA), a family of mechanical “characters” who respond to transmitted data. Performing a mixture of fabricated and captured sonic environments, Heather Mease composes precious severity and explores levels of fidelity with fiddle, machines, dioramas, and electronics.
