We all "know" that the universe is expanding, but how did we figure that out? Following this 2000+ year story of going from seeing to observing to understanding gives us an idea of how science works. Dr. Uwe Trittmann of Otterbein University gives us a brief history of how we arrived at our present view on the universe. After the lecture, the Burrell Observatory will be open for viewing, weather permitting.
