Cleveland Rocks: Burlesque, Drag, Variety & Vaudeville

The people at the locally based Ohio Burlesque are a busy bunch. Seems like they’re always throwing some kind of bash. This week, they’re put together Cleveland Rocks: Burlesque, Drag, Variety & Vaudeville, a fundraiser for the upcoming Ohio Burlesque Festival. “We are bringing back an homage to the Jewel Box Revue that includes burlesque, vaudeville and rock and roll,” says organizer Bella Sin, who adds that one of the show’s stars, dancer Ms. Peggy Delune, is coming in from the UK for the show. All in all, 14 performers and one rock band are on the bill. (Jeff Niesel)
