Bubba Sparxxx

Ever since peaking with his 2005 hit single, “Miss New Booty,” which made it to #7 on the Billboard Hot 100, Bubba Sparxxx has kept his nose to the grind in the studio to get back to the level of popularity he once held; most recently, the artist released a music video for his first single of 2013, “Splinter (ft. Crucifix).” Blending an interesting mix of hip-hop and acoustic instrumentation, Sparxxx has always been known for his raw brand of southern rap, though has largely remained out of the public eye for a majority of the last decade; prior to the release of “Splinter,” the most notable thing anybody had heard about Sparxxx was that he owed the state of Georgia, and the IRS, more than $30k in back taxes.
