Cleveland's Carlos Jones & the P.L.U.S. Band headline this event honoring what would've been reggae great Bob Marley's birthday. DJ Mark Mrazek and Sun Shade & the Tropical Vybes Band share the bill. The event begins at 3 p.m., and local vendors will be on hand for the event as well. Hooper Farms will serve up Jamaican food.
