George Anthony hasn’t let death or distraction steal his vision for hardcore band Battalion Saints. Nearly 30 years after founding the group with (now deceased) guitarist Chris Smith, he’s still training new recruits to populate the group’s ever-changing lineup. Battalion’s 1984 album, Second Coming, is heralded as a punk classic, and their 2015 self-titled 7-inch holds true to the standard despite the passing of decades.
