Chef Maureen Mino will prepare five seasonal, authentic Italian Dishes paired with Italian Wines, presented by wine expert, Michael Giustiniani, offering Tasting Notes, Vineyard History, and Regional Culinary Education. Wine offered throughout the evening will be for sale at the end of the event.
