ARTneo Underground looks back to the wild Halloween parties thrown by Cleveland's early twentieth century artist group, The Kokoon Arts Club. Known for their costumed balls, Kokooners pushed the boundaries of handmade costumes that reflected the art of the time. Featuring Art, Music, Beer, Food, and more! ARTneo Underground will feature a special burlesque performance by Something New and Different's Eliza Sidecar! Wailing tunes provided by Sputnik and Paul Disastro!
