Art Show: Kilimanjaro Express: My African Adventure

Terri P. Tufts presents paintings inspired by her recent expedition to the top of Mt. Kilimanjaro, the tallest peak on the African continent. The works draw on the minimal colors and shapes of Tanzania’s indigenous traditions. An opening reception will be held from 6 to 10 p.m. April 13, and will feature musical performances by Tom Orange and Frass Accolades. Tufts will give a talk on her work April 27 beginning at 7 p.m. The show runs through April 30.
