András Simonyi: Rocking Toward a Free World

A former diplomat who served as Hungarian ambassador to the United States, András Simonyi, an economist by training, has had a lifelong love for rock 'n' roll and plays guitar in the Coalition of the Willing, which includes Jeff "Skunk" Baxter. Today at 2 p.m. at the Rock Hall, he'll talk about the huge impact of American pop culture in Soviet-dominated Eastern Europe. The event is free with a reservation through the Rock Hall's website.
