All Time Low/the Summer Set/Hit the Lights/the Downtown Fiction
What started in 2003 as a group of friends with boner jokes and a knack for pop punk has become All Time Low, a Baltimore band with a surprisingly ardent cult following. While the group might have lost a step with 2011’s Dirty Work, the band’s new album, Don’t Panic, which marks their return to the indie imprint Hopeless after a short, one-album run on Interscope, is a fine return to form.
