All That Jazz

Lakeland Community College kicks off its annual Jazz Festival today at the Dr. Wayne L. Rodehorst Performing Arts Center. A big-band matinee featuring the Lakeland Civic Jazz Orchestra and the Baldwin Wallace University Jazz Ensemble takes place at 4 p.m. Sammy De Leon y su Orquestra plays the headlining slot at 8 p.m. Tomorrow, the Lakeland Jazz Orchestra and the Baldwin Wallace University Jazz Ensemble team up for another big-band matinee at 4 p.m. Tickets are $12 for today, $10 for tomorrow.
