All City Candy, 746 Richmond Rd. in Richmond Heights, will be celebrating its third anniversary with a free extravaganza event open to the public on Sunday, Oct. 23, 2016, from 11 a.m. to 5 p.m. The event will include family friendly activities, raffles and giveaways, and a preview of products for the upcoming holiday season.
