This one-hour class is an overview of the full course provided by Recovery Resources Anyone, anywhere can #BeTheDifference for someone facing a mental health or substance use challenge.The course helps people understand that mental illnesses and addictions are real, common and treatable. Certified Mental Health First Aid instructors from Recovery Resources will provide an overview.
