A Family Affair

To celebrate its newest exhibit Common Ground: The Music Festival Experience, the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame will host a performance by the Family Stone, featuring Jerry Martini, Cynthia Robinson and Greg Errico. The concert takes place today at 1 p.m. in the Rock Hall’s Foster Theater. Lauren Onkey, vice president of education and public programs, will also interview the band that became, as it’s put in a press release announcing the event, “funky Pied Pipers to the Woodstock Generation.” The band’s performance at Woodstock is the stuff of legend. The event is free but tickets must be reserved in advance at the Rock Hall website. (Niesel)
