The 5th Annual CLE Have A Heart event presented by Cleveland Scene Magazine & Harry Buffalo - Join The Herd, which benefits local charity Working Animals Giving Service for Kids (W.A.G.S. 4 Kids), will feature 25 bachelors and over $8,000 in prizes its signature Date Raffle at the Barley House Cleveland.
