In the decade after the end of the War of 1812, the United States found itself as a nation. In celebration of the bicentennial of the founding Mentor Public Library in 1819, Dr. John Foster of the Adult Information Services Department will present a lecture on the history of this year in what would come to be called "the Era of Good Feelings."
