The 1619 Project New York Times has articles that allow you to rethink and re-frame the history of the United States in regards to African Americans and their arrival in Jamestown, Virginia in 1619. In commemoration of these 400 years, there will be a panel discussion that summarizes some of these topics to the open public. The panel members are Rev. Dr. Todd Davidson from Antioch Baptist Church, Cleveland, Ohio and Dr. Thomas Bynum Director of Black Studies from Cleveland State University.
