World Series of Wine

Today and tomorrow, Heinen’s/WVIZ present the 18th annual World Series of Wine at the Terrace Club at Progressive Field. The event will feature fun and informative events perfect for everyone. With more than 450 wines available for sampling, all tastes will be easily accommodated. There will also be hors d’oeuvres specially selected to complement each wine. For those wishing to learn more about wine, wine-tasting seminars featuring world-class vintages and varietals will be offered. All proceeds from the event benefit the public television station WVIZ/PBS. The event takes place from 7:30 to 10:30 tonight and from 1 to 4 p.m. and 7:30 to 10:30 p.m. tomorrow.
