UK alt-rockers Wolf Alice released their debut My Love Is Cool to much acclaim earlier this summer. Now, the band is about to wrap up a fall tour of the states that included a stop at Austin City Limits Festival in October. Selected for the Mercury Prize shortlist, My Love is Cool features dreamy vocals and noisy guitars that suggest the band has updated ’80s alternative rock for a new generation. (Niesel)
