Described as a real-life horror film, this documentary centers on one mans's effort to turn a small North Dakota town into a haven for white power. The community doesn't take kindly to his neo-Nazi ways, however, and the movie documents the upheaval. It screens at 8:40 tonight and at 7:30 tomorrow night at the Cleveland Institute of Art Cinematheque. Tickets are $9. (Niesel)
