Weep For Joy

A play in two acts written by David Payne, Weep For Joy centers on the relationship that grew between writers C. S. Lewis and Joy Gresham. The two authors argued and laughed, and their initial meetings were rather funny. Their friendship turned into a marriage, which came with its share of tribulations. The play depicts how these two people confronted incredible hardship. Tonight's performance takes place at 7:30 at the Hanna Theatre, where performances continue through Sunday. Tickets start at $20.
