We Like Big Boats

Summer seems like a long way off but it’s never too early to start thinking about boating. Boats of all shapes and sizes will be in town for the annual Mid-America Boat Show which showcases the latest boats, tackle and water sport equipment. Seminars on fishing and boating take place during the five-day event. You can get your photo taken with a mermaid and hear local singer-songwriters at tonight’s Put-in-Bay Night. Tickets are $12. Today’s hours are noon to 9 p.m. The show runs through Monday at the I-X Center. (Niesel)
