Warehouse District Summer Olympics

The Warehouse District will hold its third Annual Summer Olympics – a “Sunday Funday” to remember. Opening ceremonies will be hosted by West Sixth Street legend Super Pimp, and seven participating bars will each offer a different Olympic event – bar-style, that is. Skee ball, bull riding and balloon toss are just some of the “sports” that lead up to the main event. Teams of two or three members cost $10 per person. Your entry fee includes a head band, wrist band, and a can of Red Bull. Prices gs up $5 per team if you sign up the day of the event, which runs from 1 to 6:30 p.m. (Jason Beudert)
