VIRTUAL: Chocolate Beer Pots de Creme with Chef Jenn Wirtz of Der Braumeister

The library will host a live virtual cooking program with Chef Jenn Wirtz, owner of Der Braumeister Restaurant. Wirtz will demonstrate how to make chocolate beer pots de creme. Everyone who registers will receive a recipe card as well as a $10 gift card to Der Braumeister restaurant. Registration is required to attend on Zoom and a valid email must be provided at time of registration. Participants will receive an email invitation to join the class using Zoom before the program. This program will be recorded and available on the library’s YouTube page.
