After a five-year hiatus due to the disruption from the pandemic, Cleveland VegFest returns to the Huntington Convention Center of Cleveland today. Cleveland VegFest regularly draws over 13,000 attendees and is one of the largest in the Midwest. The event runs from 11 a.m. to 5 p.m. This year's festival includes national and local speakers including Chef Anna Marie Harouvis, Christopher “Soul” Eubanks, Sarina Farb, Chef Sonia Steele, Gwenna Hunter, Chef Chad Goodwin, Dr. Keary O’Connor and Will Brooks. There will be a vegan food court, cooking demos, screenings of the acclaimed documentary, The Smell of Money, a yoga class, children’s activities, and a cruelty-free marketplace.
