Local filmmaker Laura Paglin (Nightowls of Coventry, Facing Forward) documents the tragic deaths of the women who were killed by known sex offender Anthony Sowell. Paglin interviews surviving victims and poses questions about why it took Cleveland police so long to catch the killer. The movie screens today at 4 p.m. at the Cleveland Institute of Art Cinematheque. Paglin will be on hand to answer questions after the screening. Tickets are $11, or $8 for Cinematheque members and students. (Niesel)
