Bedrock presents Tower City Center's Royal Tea Party, a fun, free, family friendly event on Saturday, April 30 from 11:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. The Skylight Concourse will host an afternoon of meet-and-greets for kids and the special people in their lives, with appearances by magical characters and friends, special photo opps, “tea” and treats, face painting, enchanting live performances and more.
