Tower City Center is set to host a free, family-friendly carnival extravaganza on Saturday, July 30 from 11:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. Festivities in and around Skylight Park will include a magic show, balloon twisters and face painters, photo opportunities, carnival games, concessions, and so much more!
