The Wright Stuff

Best known for his deadpan delivery and witty one-liners, comedian Steven Wright is a veteran performer with a particularly unique style that’s all his own. He has two Grammy-nominated CDs and an Oscar-winning short film. Recently, Wright was a consulting producer on the most recent season of Louie and has also appeared on the second season of the show. His latest hour Comedy Central special, When the Leaves Blow Away, is available on DVD. In 2009, his first disc, 1985’s I Have A Pony, was re-packaged with a DVD of his first HBO special, A Steven Wright Special as a re-release. Expect him to draw from both for tonight’s show, which takes place at 7:30 p.m. at the Ohio Theatre. Tickets are $35 to $45. (Niesel)
