The Way Down Wanderers

The Way Down Wanderers draw from bluegrass and Americana. Grammy-winner David Schiffman (Johnny Cash, HAIM, Rage Against The Machine) produced the group’s independent sophomore album, illusions. It offers “songs that bridge a raw enthusiasm for life with the sobering reality of how quickly time passes.” The band even created a conceptual stop-motion music video for the album’s title track. They perform tonight at 7 at the Happy Days Lodge in Peninsula as part of the Cuyahoga Valley National Park Concert Series. Tickets cost $21 for general admission, $17 for Conservancy members, $10 for students. Children under 10 are free. (Niesel)
