The Uptown Upside Down Halloween Bash

Tonight from 7 to midnight, University Circle's Uptown District will celebrate Halloween with a special Upside Down Halloween Bash on Toby's Plaza. There will be a Halloween dance party with DJ Red-I, fortune tellers and palm readers, a glow-in-the-dark mini golf course, screenings of classic horror movies, a complimentary candy and Halloween treats bar, a costume contest with prizes and pumpkin carving. Food and drink will be available for purchase. Admission is free, but you must be at least 17 to attend. (Niesel)
