The Seagull

The Cleveland Playhouse updates Anton Chekhov’s The Seagull by providing a "fresh, contemporary take" on the play with its "youthful and energetic" production. Critics generally agree that the play about the self-centered guests at a country estate is one of Chekhov's best works. Tonight's performance takes place at 7:30 at the Helen Rosenfeld Lewis Bialosky Lab Theatre, and performances continue through the weekend. Tickets are $15. (Niesel)
