The Greenhouse Tavern will be the next stop on The Prophet of Smoked Meat tour. Daniel Vaughn, the author of this authoritative examination of Texas barbecue, will join Greenhouse chef Brian Goodman for a raucous diner and book signing. The bash begins at 6 p.m. and will feature a multi-course BBQ dinner that includes barbecued pig face, whole-roasted Ohio Certified Angus Beef head, and other meaty treats.
