The Beat Uptown with David Loy and The Ramrods + The Generators July 30, 2015 / 6:00pm Free + open to all Rain or shine! Just outside MOCA on Toby’s Plaza. This is part of University Circle's in-your-face concert series The Beat Uptown, presented by MOCA and Case Western Reserve University, and curated by The Beachland Ballroom. Throughout the summer, the beats will drive into the night, transforming Toby's Plaza into a free concert venue and social hall. Come down and let Uptown funk you up!
