The Art of the Con

Feminist director Catherine Breillat (Romance, Fat Girl, Bluebeard) is at the helm of Abuse of Weakness, a semi-autobiographical movie about a movie director (Isabelle Huppert) who suffers a stroke and then gets swindled by a criminal (Kool Shen) she’s hired to star in her new movie. The film makes its local debut tonight at 9:50 at the Cleveland Institute of Art Cinematheque. It shows again at 4 p.m. tomorrow. Tickets are $9. (Niesel)
