Sweet Revenge

Revenge yields to redemption in William Shakespeare’s final play, The Tempest. Magician Prospero, the rightful Duke of Milan, and his daughter have been stranded on an island for 12 years thanks to Prospero’s jealous brother Antonio. When fortune finally sends Prospero’s enemies his way on a ship years later, he conjures up a tempest in order to exact revenge against his kidnappers. Catch Shakespeare’s play tonight at 7:30 at the Hanna Theater. Performances continue through the April 26. Tickets are $15 to $70. (Siegel)
