This workshop will educate you on how to support family, friends and loved ones dealing with substance abuse. Addiction is a disease that affects individuals, families and communities — and not just those who abuse substances themselves. Learn what addiction is and how it impacts entire families and communities. Special attention will be paid to how we can support individuals and discuss the stigma that causes so many to suffer alone.
