Summer Garden Music at Star Plaza

You say today seems to suck a little less than most Mondays? Maybe that’s because it’s part of the Summer Garden Music series at Star Plaza. Through July 30, your pals at Playhouse Square are serving up generously sized portions of musical entertainment every Monday from noon to 1:30 p.m. The outdoor concerts are free, and serve as showcases for a variety of local talent. The Monday concerts are just part of Playhouse Square’s 2012 Summer Excitement program: With more than 70 free events and activities scheduled for Star Plaza this summer — including yoga classes, free lunches, and a district cornhole tournament — even the rest of the week isn’t shaping up too bad.
