Strongsville City Club 36th Annual Rib Burnoff

The Strongsville City Club 2022 Rib Burnoff is in its 36th Year and going strong. Annually, the event draws world-famous rib vendors to compete for the award “Best Ribs” in Strongsville. The entrants serve up thousands of slabs of ribs to the crowd of over 20,000 hungry attendees. In addition to the ribs, various other vendors will provide festival food and drinks. This year, we’re pleased to announce Fireworks on Friday evening and the return of our annual Cornhole Tournament on Saturday. As always, the entertainment is No Additional Charge to all our attendees!
