String Sessions Yoga Class

Located inside the Hildebrandt Provisions Co. building in Ohio City, Sacred Rebel Yoga offers a beautiful studio atmosphere for the practice of yoga, and you're invited to a special experience. Cordelia Grace Parker will lead an All Levels Yoga Flow to the gently picked classical guitar sounds of local performer and composer Fiddlin' Cricket. These compositions are all instrumental and arranged to compliment breath control and the guidance of the instructor. Donations are encouraged. Class begins at 3pm.
