Southwest General Memory Screenings

Are you saying “Sorry, I forgot” a little too often? It’s normal to forget a name from time to time. It’s not normal to keep forgetting days of the week, or when to pay bills or take medicine. Come to a free screening by the Southwest General Community Nurse to see if you should consider seeing a doctor. Appointments are required.
