Sounds of Summer

In its fourth year, the Holden Arboretum’s Sounds of Summer concert series once again has partnered with the Cleveland Institute of Music to bring talented artists from around the area to the outdoor living museum’s garden stage. This week’s edition features Upriver, a versatile Celtic/folk duo that takes pride in its Irish heritage and feels connected to the music that they love to perform. Their sound relies heavily on the soft, earthy tones of acoustic guitar, piano, mandolin, and fiddle. (Jacob DeSmit)
