WHY "SIMPLY YOGA"?
Don't get us wrong, we love to try new things and we love that there are so very many things you can do with yoga and so many different ways to practice!
That being said, we also remember our first love, a balanced Hatha flow to gently stretch and strengthen the body and calm and soothe the mind.
Because sometimes all you need is something simple.
All are welcomed, no experience required.
