Sexual Healing

When Ronah (Brooke Bloom), a sexual surrogate in New York City, begins working with an emotionally unstable client (Marc Menchaca), her life begins to unravel. That's the premise of She's Lost Control, the directorial debut from writer-director Anja Marquardt. The film was recently nominated for an Independent Spirit Award. It makes its local debut tonight at 7:30 at the Capitol Theatre. It screens again at 7:30 tomorrow night at the Apollo Theatre in Oberlin. Tickets are $9 for the Capitol screening, $6 for the Apollo screening. (Niesel)
